Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Requirements
For Male Candidates:
- 1500 Meters Race: Must be completed within 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
- High Jump: Minimum height of 1.35 meters (3 attempts allowed).
- 100 Meters Race: Must be completed within 14 seconds.
- Long Jump: Minimum distance of 4 meters (3 attempts allowed).
For Female Candidates:
- 800 Meters Race: Must be completed within 3 minutes and 45 seconds.
- High Jump: Minimum height of 1.10 meters (3 attempts allowed).
- 100 Meters Race: Must be completed within 17 seconds.
- Long Jump: Minimum distance of 3 meters (3 attempts allowed).
