Age Limit
- Candidates must not exceed the age of 30 years as of July 1, preceding the last date for application submission.
Educational Qualifications
- A degree in Law from a recognized university:
- 5-year regular program after 10+2 schooling, or
- 3-year regular degree course after completing 10+2 schooling.
- Degree in law must be obtained within 2 years preceding the notification date.
- Candidates must not be engaged in any other course or profession during the period of their engagement as Law Clerk.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including using legal research databases such as Manupatra, Sec Online, LexisNexis, and Westlaw.
